  • If Monarch Sales made an error by shipping you an item you did not order, we will refund you the full amount of the item and cost of the return freight and insurance. Return shipping must be via ground service. The item must be returned within five (5) days for this refund to be given. It must be returned in its original unopened packaging.

    If the customer changes the order and needs to either cancel the order or change the item after the item is shipped, a full refund will be paid to the customer, less shipping and insurance costs. Shipping and insurance costs will be paid by you, the customer. A 10% to 20% restocking and service charge may be levied depending on the circumstances. The item must be returned in the unopened box in which the item was shipped and be returned within five (5) days of delivery to the customer.

    A used item may not be returned for credit.
