Delivery Our merchandise is usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days from the day of order. We will immediately respond to your order with an e-mail or phone call if your item is not going to be shipped within that time. It is important that you leave good contact information.
Shipping The most economical means of shipping is by ground service. We ship via UPS and Fed-Ex Ground. Since shipping via Next Day air is extremely costly, Monarch Sales may choose not to ship an item Next Day Air.
Payment You may pay via credit card, money order, personal check or PayPal. Your personal check , money order or bank check must be written on a US bank. Your check must clear our bank before we ship merchandise. Once the check has cleared shipment will take place immediately. You may want to allow from 3 days to a week for checks to clear.
